Today I Like: Candlesticks + Ball Jars= Goblets

Came across these pretty goblets made from glass candlestick holders (you can find these exact ones at the dollar store) glued to the bottom of small Ball jars via Pinterest, and just had to pass on the cute idea. So simple and sweet. For another neat DIY idea similar to this go here.

Color Palette: Kate Spade Wedding Belles

 Kate Spade's new wedding line called Wedding Belles is bright, sophisticated and fun. I love the vibrant color story, especially the red and blue combination here. A strong red with an electric blue and soft pink with a pastel blue.  The look is mod with a modern twist, I can see brides gravitating towards this line and it's easy to mix-and-match style. The line carries an array of glam baubles and colorful accessories along with their chic wedding dresses. Yes, still loving balloons as props, {see here, here, & here} they just make a picture pop! Hope everyone is having a great week!

This is the neatest idea for vintage lovers and collectors. Design a custom vintage inspired poster with the details of your wedding, hair and font color, as well as framing options. What a great idea for a wedding or anniversary gift!

Vintage 1950's Wedding

Photography by Alisha Hurt via Pearls Events
I don't usually post a ton about weddings but when I come across one that catches my eye because it has something truely special I just have to pass it along. Like this vintage wedding that has such an amazing wardrobe! This wedding gown is stunning! I love to come across wedding dresses that aren't strapless, there are so many other flattering designs. It's modeled after the classic black and white gown that Audrey Hepburn wore in Sabrina. Which totally hits home for me. I love the ivory taffeta, the lovely cap sleeves, the amazing train with ruffle trimming, and look at the brooch detail on the back! Dress by Forever Rebecca. Paired with elbow length gloves and a short blusher veil just ties in the theme and feel of this wedding. The bridesmaid dresses were handmade and are so authentic to the era.

{Romantic Malibu Wedding}

One of the most lush, romantic weddings I've seen in a while. Just breathtaking.
...The cascading flowers, the birdcages, the cake, the antique displays!
